The Centennial Task Force and Steering Committee encourage community planning to help create a shared legacy, which can serve as a source of common strength and inspiration.

We invite community groups to create their own projects designed to study the state's path to statehood, celebrate local traditions and heritage, and envision New Mexico's next 100 years. In keeping with the key areas of interest of the Centennial Planners, New Mexico's Centennial will encompass a wide range of public programming in which residents can participate.
